In April & May 2023 Siemens Workers Union Organised 2 days workshop “ Decoding The Labour Code” on the proposed changes in the Labour Laws and their effect on workmen and Trade unions.
Mr. Shakti Hiranyagarbh and Ms. Ditti Bhattacharya from NTUI explained in detail all the changes in the labour laws and it was a very interactive session with lot of explaination, doubt clearing and activities in the group. Both the sessions were very successful and all the participants were very enlightened with the information received in the 2 days session.
The participants were mainly the Office Bearers, Unit Secretaries, Branch Secretaries and Council members of different Units of the Union.
The 2 Days session on the Proposed changes in the labour laws was an eye opener for all.
